One of Vanuatu's three most popular nakamal varieties, Palarasul is prized for its exceptionally smooth, uplifting effects and light, floral character. Grown only on Espiritu Santo, nearly all of it is consumed locally by those who've appreciated it for generations.

Palarasul was the first single cultivar we sourced from Vanuatu—harvested from mountain gardens surrounded by thick forest. We enjoyed it so much that we built our entire fresh-processing system just to capture its character. It remains my personal favourite and paved the way for our complete single cultivar range.

Freshly harvested roots are meticulously cleaned and dried using proprietary methods. The process preserves maximum potency, fresh aroma, and bioactive compounds, while ensuring food safety. Each batch is immediately vacuum-sealed or nitrogen-flushed, locking in peak freshness.
